Kevin Kirby
Kevin Kirby has lived in Sioux Falls his entire life and is in long-term recovery. He has been a business owner, civic activist, philanthropist and community leader for the last 25 years. He has served on and/or led numerous board of directors, including the Sioux Falls Area Community Foundation, the Sioux Falls Development Foundation, Forward Sioux Falls, the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra, Sioux Valley Hospital, Sanford Health Foundation, Raven Industries and Home Federal Financial Corporation. He is the founder and chairman of the board of Transitional Living Corporation and was recently appointed to the board of directors of Faces & Voices of Recovery, one of the nation's leading recovery advocacy organizations.
Charlie Day
Charlie Day serves as vice-chairman of Transitional Living Corporation. Charlie is a lawyer and a CPA. He spent 27 years with Coopers & Lybrand (19 of those as a partner). Since leaving, he has spent considerable time creating and leading start-up companies, advising venture capitalists, being an "M&A" advisor and serving as the senior finance officer of a large health care system. Charlie is actively involved as a director of tax-exempt and for-profit private and public enterprises.
